Why does the weather feature need my location?

The weather feature uses your coordinates to fetch a 7-day forecast from the Open-Meteo API (a free, open-source weather service). Only coordinates are sent — no personal information. Location is also used to estimate your USDA hardiness zone and generate personalized planting calendars. Both features are entirely optional.
